A Vinyasa Flow is a beautiful practice for mixed levels that connects your movements with your breath. Vinyasa means; to flow from one asana (posture) to another with the focus of breath awareness (pranayama) and connection. When the breath, mind and body unite this free flowing practice becomes a moving meditation.
Our experienced teacher is trained to adapt each class to the energy in the room and each student present that day. Classes vary each day and are suitable for all levels of experience, all ages and body types.
You will explore pranayama techniques, light meditation and learn different tools to begin integrating into your day to day life. Exploring more than just asana, together we work to find balance and create equanimity so as to live in peace.

Ready to begin in a Virtual Class?
We use ZOOM for our virtual online yoga classes. It’s easy to use and available for all platforms - laptops, tablets, phones, etc.
Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings - www.zoom.us app on the media you will use. Sign up and create your account for free on "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" before the first virtual class.
Once you've created your FREE account on Zoom you can click on the "JOIN" button and add the ID number for the class you plan to attend. You will need to send a message to receive the class password. Please ensure you make payment before class time from the selection of Investment Options you find listed below. We believe that yoga is for everyone and want these classes to be available to everyone and anyone. May the investment options not fit your current situation please reach out so we can create a plan together that works for you.
Classes are non-refundable. Prices below do not include the additional 13 % CR tax. May you be joining us from Canada please feel free to email transfer to if that fits you better.
First Private Class
Are you new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, but prefer to learn in a private setting? Contact us to set up a time and date that works for you and your schedule. Included in your first class is a 15 min WhatsApp or ZOOM meet up for an introduction. In your introduction call we will discuss your health as well as any intentions or goals you may have for your private session. Your first class is $45 + taxes to see if the fit is right.
Regular Private Class Pricing
After you've had your first private class and feel ready to move on in your yoga journey you may select any time or day that suits your schedule. Your private session will be 95 mins and we will have a 10 min check in before we begin. We will check in with how you are doing that day in your 6 bodies; physical body, mental body, emotional body, energetic body, intellectual body, and spiritual body. We will check in again for ten mins at then end of your session and see where you are in your 6 bodies. Each private class will be curated specifically to your needs.
5 Private Classes
Do you feel ready to deepen your yoga practice, to move into more awareness, growth and intentionality? Each private session will be 95 mins and we will have a 10 min check in before we begin. We will check in with how you are doing that day in your 6 bodies; physical body, mental body, emotional body, energetic body, intellectual body, and spiritual body. We will check in again for ten mins after your session to see where you are in your 6 bodies. Each private class will be curated specifically to your needs. With more consistency and time shared with your teacher you can begin to move deeper into yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, the energies of yoga and asana (postures).
10 Private Classes
Let's journey together!! Your experience is yours and yours alone. At the beginning of your first class your teacher and you will create a flexible plan to best support your growth over your 10 class journey together. You will be encouraged to do some specific journaling to gather information and data of your experience from start to finish. This specific package is blended with personal development tools and studies to help you dive deeper into your personal practice on and off the mat (where your true yoga practice is)! It is your choice always what areas of your practice you wish to deepen. Each class is 90 mins. You will have a 15 min check in with each sessions.
