Kelly Jones

With a decade of teaching, Kelly encourages students to discover more about the deeper layers of the self to initiate change, growth and healing in ones life.  Kelly is dedicated to continued education not only for her personal growth but also to enhance her teaching.  She has recently completed a 100hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and a Multi Barre Teacher Training with Hali Love.  Kelly is currently working on her studies with the Integrative Health Coach Institute as a Personal Development Facilitator.  

Kelly’s yoga teachings emphasize breath control (pranayama), proper alignment and movement of the body (asana), and are built around spiritual or intellectual themes to encourage a state of awareness.  She is know for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy.  Kelly's classes allow for greater physical, mental, emotional, energetic, intellectual and spiritual development and awareness.  Believing that yoga should be available to everyone, classes and retreats are designed for all levels.  If you join her for a drop-in class or spend a week with her in retreat you will laugh, play, breathe, explore, and find that little light within!  She will forever be a student of the practice and feels deeply grateful for the loving wisdom of each teacher and student who has helped her along her journey.
