You made the decision to step into this work, and that matters. Take a moment to pause and acknowledge that.

​

This mentorship isn’t about becoming a different teacher.  It’s about coming back to what’s already there and learning how to trust it.  Over the next few months, you’ll begin to understand your voice in a different way - not as something you need to figure out, but as something that has been shaped through your experiences, your challenges, and the way you see the world.

​

We’ll take that and learn how to bring it into your teaching through a yoga philosophy lens, through clear and grounded language, and through practice, reflection, and real-time feedback.

​

As you move through this program, you may notice your mind becoming quieter when you teach. You may second guess yourself less.  Your words may become simpler, but more impactful.  Your classes will begin to feel more steady, and your students will feel that.  This work builds trust.  Trust in your voice, in your decisions, in the way you lead, and that doesn’t stay on the mat.  It carries into how you speak, how you show up, and how you move through your life.

This program is designed to be taken one week at a time.  There’s no need to rush. Stay with each week, let the practices land, and come into the live sessions open and willing to explore.  You’ll get the most out of this work when you stay honest, present, and consistent.

You don’t need to have this all figured out.  You just need to be willing to show up and do the work.  Everything else will build from there.
