23 Day Journey at Amāya Yoga Institute
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is intentionally designed to unfold as a four-week immersive journey, allowing time for deeper integration, reflection, and embodied learning. Rather than rushing the process, this format honors sustainable growth, nervous system regulation, and real integration - on and off the mat.
Over 23 training days, you’ll move through three transformational phases - Root, Rise, and Radiate - mirroring the natural path of awakening. Each phase builds upon the last, supporting you in embodying yoga, refining your voice, and stepping confidently into teaching with clarity, integrity, and heart.
