Cancellation Policy

Chillasana Yoga Surf's cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the package total at the time of package booking.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations 90-45 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of fees above deposit.

The guest’s remaining package balance is to be paid no later than 45 days prior to arrival date and fees are non-refundable beyond that time.

We highly recommend you get travel/trip insurance in case something happens and you can not come.  We have had people be unable to attend due to health issues, bad weather closing airports, passport troubles, etc.  In most cases, the travel insurance will reimburse you for your expenses including the deposit you paid us.  Here is a company you could check out Travelguard
