Clarity Creates Confidence
Month 2
What This Month Is About
This month is about getting clear on your message so you can stop searching for what to say
and start trusting what you already know.
Your message is not something you need to create. It’s something you begin to recognize. It’s already there, in your life, your experiences, and what keeps showing up for you. This work is about seeing it clearly.
Look Back (Month 1 Work)
Take a moment to revisit what you’ve already explored.
What limiting beliefs showed up for you?
What values felt most true for you?
Which Yamas or Niyamas stood out or felt personal?
Notice the Patterns
Now look at everything you’ve written.
What themes are repeating?
What do you keep coming back to?
What feels important for you - not just once, but consistently?
This is where your message starts to show itself.
Connect to Your Lived Experience
Your message comes from what you’ve lived, not what you’ve learned.
What have you personally moved through that has shaped you?
What have you learned from that experience?
What do you understand now that you didn’t before?
What Do You Naturally Share?
Think about your teaching.
What do you naturally talk about in your classes?
What do your students seem to connect with most?
What do you feel called to say - even if you hold back sometimes?
Bring It Into One Idea
Complete this sentence a few times:
“I guide my students to ________.”
Then refine:
“I guide my students to ________ through ________.”
Write a few versions. Let it evolve.
My (Kelly's) personal message as a teacher:
"I guide my students to clarity by helping them see and trust their own truth."
Feel It (Not Think It)
Before you settle on anything, pause.
Does this feel true for me?
Have I actually lived this?
Does this feel steady in my body - or am I trying to make it sound right?
Your message should feel familiar.
Not forced.
Keep It Simple
Your message is not meant to be complex. It should be something you can return to again and again.
You don’t need to figure this out perfectly. You just need to start seeing it. Your message is already there. This work is about learning how to recognize it and trust it.
What repeats… is your message.
