This retreat is for those who feel called to move, explore, laugh, connect, and experience Costa Rica in a deeply authentic way.​  Together we'll challenge ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically - and perhaps even spiritually - not through force or pressure, but through curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to say yes to new experiences.​

 

Home for the week is a collection of beautiful private cabinas nestled high in the jungle of Ojochal.  With our retreat group having exclusive use of the property, you'll enjoy a peaceful, intimate atmosphere where genuine friendships naturally unfold.  By intentionally keeping our group small, we're able to create a more personal experience, move with ease, and truly connect along the way.​Costa Rica is one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth.  During our week together you'll have the opportunity to experience lush rainforests, breathtaking waterfalls, tropical beaches, incredible wildlife, colorful birds, butterflies, monkeys, reptiles, and the rich natural beauty that makes this country so unforgettable. 

 

This retreat is about returning home feeling more alive, more confident, more connected, and inspired by what becomes possible when you choose adventure.
